How to unlock Rhodes, Tarantas and Thebes
Just as you would unlock factions in Medieval 2 or Kingdoms,
Go to the following directory:
Steam\SteamApps\common\Medieval II Total War\mods\Ancient_Conquest (or how you named it)\data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign
and open the file "descr_strat"
Cut and paste the following factions from non-playable to playable:
poland ; Tarantas
scotland ; Thebes
aztecs; Rhodes
Save and exit. That's it.
